12 Awful Films Star Trek Actors Want Us To Forget

6. Simon Pegg (Montgomery Scott) - Absolutely Anything

The Kelvin reboot star has seen great success in franchise films since his move from smaller British fare - he's been a standout in the Mission: Impossible franchise and enjoyed small roles in Star Wars and Ready Player One. But his output elsewhere has been particularly dismal across the board.

Some may feel that the Margot Robbie-starring Terminal is his nadir so far, but that has the arguable makings of a future midnight classic - instead, the dismal quasi-Monty Python reunion piece Absolutely Anything is surely more unworthy.

This film reunited the living members of the great comic troupe plus provided the final role of Robin Williams - alas, as a talking dog. As a waste of its cast's considerable talents, Terry Jones' final film has nothing on his masterworks.

Something of a culture vulture, Mr Steel can historically be found in three places; the local cinema, the local stadium or the local chip shop. He is an avowed fan of franchise films, amateur cricket and power-chords.
