6. Trog (Trog)

The Desired Effect: A convincing prehistoric man. The Actual Effect: A very unconvincing prehistoric man. The problem here was of commitment. Sure, you can forgive the mask its sins because it comes from a different time, and a different cost bracket to what we're used to in more modern productions, but why on Earth did the film-makers decide not to make any kind of attempt to integrate the mask with the rest of the actor's body? The result is that Trog looks like he is in bad fancy dress.
