9. Can You Smell What The Rock Is Cooking? - Pain & Gain
There are several WTF moments in Michael Bay's woefully misunderstood Pain and Gain: firstly, that it's actually pretty damn good, and that we're frequently reminded throughout that it's a true story. Still, amid every crazy morsel Bay and his game cast throws at us, the crescendo is surely reached when Paul (Dwayne Johnson) ends up cooking the hands of someone his buddy Daniel (Mark Wahlberg) murdered just a few minutes earlier. It's a hilariously demented scene not just because of The Rock's signature catchphrase, but because of how innocently Johnson plays the scene, as though barbecuing some hands to remove the fingerprints on a grill in broad daylight is a perfectly acceptable and normal thing to do.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
