12 Comic Book Movie Mistakes You Can't Unsee
1. Zod (Almost) Walks On Water - Superman 2
Is there anything more impressive and imposing than the sight of the terrifying General Zod walking across the surface of a lake?
After all, plenty of people kneeled before Jesus of Nazareth after seeing him do less, and it's not like the son of God even had a snazzy black shirt/ puffy-sleeved tunic thing ensemble to knock them dead with.
But it's hard to deny that the sight of Terrence Stamp's famous villain from Superman 2 enacting this minor miracle in front of a bemused fisherman would be a lot more impressive if the film had covered up the black platform clearly visible just beneath the water's surface.
Curse the invention of the pause button, without which Zod may well have won over the public's approval.
