Several new series have been announced as coming to Disney+, based on both new and existing Pixar properties. The first announced was Dug Days, a spin-off of the film Up. Dug was the lovable canine companion to Carl, the grouch with the heart of gold. Each episode will focus on their various adventures around the neighbourhood.

Next was the announcement of a Lightning McQueen series, featuring other characters from the Cars properties. Though there was a series Planes for DisneyToons before, this series is said to be no connection to that and will follow on from the films.

Last up is the announcement of a new property, Win or Lose. It follows a co-ed middle school softball team in the week leading up to their championship game. Each episode comes from the perspective of a different character viewing the same events and highlights the little challenges of life.

It’s set to premiere in Autumn of 2023.
