Now that the awards season is well and truly out the way, and the rush of movies at the tail-end of last year and the beginning of this one have come and gone, movie goers have the entirety of 2020 to look ahead to.

The next twelve months should kick off the new decade with a bang as well, with huge tentpoles like No Time to Die and Black Widow sitting right next to hotly-anticipated originals such as Christopher Nolan's Tenet and Edgar Wright's Last Night In Soho.

While trailers, posters and first-look images have started to trickle out for some of these though, it's only recently that studios have started to kick the marketing machine into gear for a bunch of upcoming projects - both anticipated and unknown - that will define the rest of the year.

You might not have heard of all of the films on this list, but they are the releases that will be vying for spaces in your top ten lists come December.
