Following in his father's footsteps, Brandon Cronenberg has reliably pumped out stylish body-horror movies over the past decade and his latest, Possessor, looks like the creepiest yet.

I mean, do I even need to explain why? If you've taken a look at the image above and just shrugged it off then you're far stronger than I, because the spooky mystery of just what's going on is enough to get me invested in this project.

The plot itself does sound tantalising as well though, about an employee who switches brains to 'possess' other people's bodies and drive them to commit crimes for her company. Of course, that constant mind-melding has some unforseen side effects, which leads to the aforementioned body horror breakdown.

The first reviews are out now, and this is is definitely one to keep an eye on.
