With Nina Forever comes yet another unique, down right weird premise that could have easily been turned into something unwatchable. Ben and Chris Blaine however, found the perfect balance of horror, comedy, and character in their 2016 effort, avoiding the pitfalls that come with such a story.

After Rob's girlfriend Nina is killed in a road accident, he eventually moves on to a new relationship with Holly, who is determined to heal her new boyfriend's wounds. As the couple take things to the next level, they are horrified to discover that every time they have sex, Nina returns to the bedroom.

This story could have easily been made into a cheap, tasteless comedy movie, but instead the directors manage to create a moving tale about love, loss, and the search of closure in during the darkest hours of Rob's life. Even despite Nina's corpse making an appearance every time they have sex, Holly stays, such is the love and devotion she has to making his life better again.
