11. What's Next For Professor Hulk?
Endgame concluded the long-running arc of Bruce Banner's struggle to control Hulk when he somehow managed to bring the two together in the five-year time jump between Infinity War and Endgame; he's now Professor Hulk, and we see him in that form for the rest of the movie. The story of the Banner/Hulk conflict is done, but Professor Hulk’s has only just begun.
The question is, what’s next for him, and just how much longer will he be around?
Answer: If his cameo in Iron Man 3’s post-credits scene doesn’t count, Ruffalo still has one film left on his contract; but even then, he’s shown interest in renewing his contract, so we'll probably see more of him. Will he finally get a new solo movie? Probably not, but we can dream.
Exactly how much longer Hulk will be around is anyone’s guess, but since Ruffalo’s one of the O.G. Avengers, he's not going to stay forever. Phase 4 may be the last we see of him.
