When a group of sorority sisters try to take revenge on their fellow student Garrett (Matt O'Leary,) because he cheated on one of their friends, Megan. The prank goes horribly wrong and ends with one of the girls being pierced with a lug wrench.
Fast forward to eight months later, right before their send off party, as the girls are being killed off one after the other with a "pimped out" lug wrench, they start to wonder whether Megan has returned from the dead to take revenge on them.
In the finale, we find out that it was Cassidy's boyfriend who had been doing all the killing. However, the reveal is only surprising because the killer's motives are so far-fetched that nobody would have ever guessed that he was actually responsible for all the murders.
His motive was to kill everyone who knew of Megan's murder including the house keeper, so that he could start a new life with Cassidy. This seems like bizarre way to bail someone out, especially if they haven't had any prior cases of insanity.
