Weight Gain: 25 pounds

Ryan Reynolds has always been in pretty good shape (at least after his early more festive days of acting), and he was already pretty well-built when he got the Blade Trinity gig, but he went the extra mile for the threequel to upstage Wesley Snipes entirely.

Those abs came at the cost of a lot of dedication, as he focused intensely on working individual bodyparts every day as part of his workout, basically sculpting his body on top of cutting the little body fat he already had and building good muscle. The result was the Men's Health model look he famously sported for the movie, which was arguably a better spectacle than anything else in there.
