Not much has been seen from Illumination Entertainment's follow-up to Minions, but we do know that it revolves around a Koala (Matthew McConaughey) who tries to keep his theatre open by throwing a singing contest with the help of his black sheep (geddit?) friend, voiced by John C. Reilly. Scarlett (who is appearing in the most non-MCU films this year out of all her co-stars) provides the vocal stylings for a punk-rock porcupine trying to make it on her own after breaking up with her boyfriend and her band. She's one of several big names attached - so many that it's a wonder this film is being kept so quiet. Also providing voice-box talents are Reese Witherspoon, Seth Macfarlane, Taron Egerton, Nick Offerman and Peter Serafinowicz. One to watch. Release Date: 21st December
