5. Captain America: Reborn (Or The Winter Soldier)

It would make sense for Cap to be one of the high-profile deaths in Infinity War - there have to be some, it's an escalation event that will fail if it has no actual threat - and Thanos' gauntlet being the weapon of choice would allow for the tying together of the end of Civil War and Captain America Reborn.

In the comics, Cap is found trapped "frozen in time and space" after it's revealed the gun that "killed" him isn't as straight forward as first thought, and while that's all a little silly, a similar contrivance would work with the expansion of the cosmic MCU. And having Bucky play the main character on Cap's trail would give him a chance to step into the limelight more.

Likelihood

It might seem pretty unlikely, but in terms of the bigger picture, it does look like the post-Civil War events in the comic books are becoming more and more possible.

Doctor Strange has introduced more focus on alternate dimensions and the Ant-Man sequel can focus in a big way on the Quantum Realm, which makes the whole "frozen in time and space" point increasingly possible.
