Like Back To The Future, The Goonies is an institution (despite only managing 69% on Rotten Tomatoes), which launched a tidal wave of memorable moments that transcend the limits of its run-time and the grand-daddy of all film quotes. Though he wasn€™t billed as director, The Goonies is arguably Steven Spielberg€™s finest film, inspiring that genius, tangible spirit of Amblin that just made you want to be part of the gang.
