12 Terrible Movies That Killed An Actor's Winning Streak
5. One For The Money - Katherine Heigl
The Streak: Katherine Heigl's movie career was instantly cemented with the success of Judd Apatow's 2007 comedy Knocked Up and she followed up with a number of hits including 27 Dresses, The Ugly Truth, Killers (which admittedly wasn't a big hit), Life as We Know It and New Year's Eve.
The Film That Broke It: It's a challenge to think of a movie title that better describes its actor's intentions than One for the Money, a limp crime comedy that does nothing new and generates almost zero laughs in the process. The movie failed to make its $40 million budget back and was scathingly received by critics, scoring just 2% on Rotten Tomatoes.
