12 Things We Definitely Know About Future MCU Movies

6. There WILL Be TV/Movie Cross-Pollination

Despite the well-publicised assumed friction between Kevin Feige and the Marvel TV division, it does seem there will be some cross-pollination between the Marvel TV shows and the MCU movies. And not just in the case of things like Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. picking up after the events of Civil War either - the movies will at some point "inevitably" reference the shows back.

During an Age Of Ultron event at the Hero Complex Gallery in Los Angeles on September 29th 2015, Feige confirmed his thoughts:

"I think that's inevitable at some point as we're plotting the movies going forward and they're doing the shows."

Unfortunately, it's not entirely simple:

"It's easier for them. They're more nimble and faster and produce things quicker than we do, which is one of the main reasons you see the repercussions of Winter Soldier and Age of Ultron in the show. Going forward and certainly as they begin to do more shows and cast them with such great actors as they have - particularly Daredevil - that that may occur. A lot of it is by the time we start doing a movie, they'd be midway through a season; by the time it comes out they'd be done with the second, starting the third season. Finding timing on that is not always easy."

Maybe he has a specific plan for Daredevil (could it be he wants to reteam him with Black Widow like in the comics?), as he mentioned the same character in conversation with Crave too:

"I think once something is back in the universe, as certainly Daredevil is, it’s all fair game. It’s just adding more toys outside the sandbox that we can grab to pull in the sandbox. I hear D’Onofrio’s awesome in that. I haven’t seen the whole show."
