7. Al Pacino Will Appear (At Some Point)

Now that Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell are heading into Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2, there's no reason more golden actors can't follow suit to add interesting notches to the twilight of their CVs.

Even before those two were confirmed to be working with James Gunn, though, there was a lot of talk of Al Pacino being the first actor of that ilk to be incoming. It hasn't happened yet, but there is reason to believe he's going to be appearing at some point soon in a mystery role.

Asked in 2014 whether he would do a Marvel movie he responded: “I would do anything that I could understand in terms of how I fit in it... And you know, of course if I could fit in it. Anything’s possible.”

And then he followed it up with the Happy Sad Confused podcast to reveal that he actually has already met Kevin Feige, saying he imagines "there’s something he feels is right for me..."

Quite what that is, right now, remains to be seen.
