12 Things You Learn Rewatching The World Is Not Enough
3. Elektra's Death Scene Is Incredibly Disappointing
Considering how great she was as a villain, it was immensely disappointing to see Elektra King gunned down by Bond like she was nothing.
Granted, King basically signed her own death warrant by counting on the fact that Bond didn't have the nerve to kill her, but having Bond simply shoot her dead when she signals to Renard felt like a mightily underwhelming end for the character.
Renard's own death wasn't exactly spectacular either, but at least it had a heightened, bombastic feel to it. Elektra went out like a chump and it at least partially undermined the otherwise cunning nature of her character.
