12 Things You Learn Rewatching Tomorrow Never Dies

12. Sheryl Crow's Title Song Is Unfairly Criticised

Sheryl Crow's title track may not rank highly in the pantheon of 007 signature tunes, but it's piled-on so aggressively by some fans it honestly feels a touch underrated at this point.

While the Golden Globe-nominated tune should've been saved for the movie's end credits - but more on that later - Crow's vocals present something a little different for the Bond franchise, feeling a million miles away from the booming pipes of Shirley Bassey or, say, Goldeneye's Tina Turner.

The expected brassiness is nowhere to be seen, substituted for some twangy guitar riffs which would seemingly foreshadow the far more successful axe-work of Chris Cornell for Casino Royale's opening titles.

It's not an all-timer Bond song, sure, but considering how much vitriol a good portion of Bond fans harbour towards it, you'd think it was legitimately bad. It's decent, catchy and just a little bit sexy: get over it.
