3. Bruce Lee Vs. Chuck Norris: Way of the Dragon

Bruce Lee revolutionized the way the world views martial arts and showed an entire generation of Western action stars how to properly kick-ass. In his tragically too short life, Lee founded the martial art Jeet Kune Do based on pragmatism and the incorporation of the best and most effective moves that each separate martial art style had to offer. Lee's influence on combat sports can be seen today in the world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). UFC founder Dana White even called Lee "the father of mixed martial arts." We are fortunate that Lee's films captured the prowess of an athlete of such an outstanding caliber for posterity. Really, I could have placed any of Bruce's fight scenes into the list but I chose the final face-off from Way of The Dragon because Lee scraps with none other than karate icon and internet meme superstar Chuck Norris. Lee himself directed and choreographed the no holds barred, full tilt smack-down. The pair engage in a ballet of kicks and punches. Lee shows he's not above getting dirty when he rips out fistfuls of Chuck's ample 70's-style chest hair. It's a must see for martial arts fans. This is one of the only two times that Norris played a villain onscreen and the only time he's ever been killed. I wrestled with putting this on the list over Lee's iconic hallway mirror fight in Enter the Dragon. But -- let's face it -- in this fight Bruce SNAPS CHUCK NORRIS' NECK! Hiyo!
