Another legendary franchise that many believe is running well past its sell-by date, the Terminator saga finds itself in a bit of a crossroads following the ending to Dark Fate.

Of course the timelines have been changed and the five movies everyone spent protecting John Connor counting for nothing and a new savior emerging in the form of Dani.

With that being, the franchise isn’t calling it quits by any means. The 8th movie may not be confirmed but the general consensus is that it is definitely happening. All we can do is hope they finally give it a fresh new direction instead of creating another hours long nostalgia trap.
