12 Unintentionally Hilarious Comic Book Movie Moments

5. You Can€™t Make A Shi**y Scene Without Breaking A Few Eggs Spider-Man 3 contains so many unintentionally hilarious moments that it was a struggle to not have every entry in this list be from the ill-fated conclusion to Sam Raimi€™s trilogy. Any scene in which Tobey Maguire cries, wears eyeliner or dances deserves a mention but I actually need to sleep in order to live so I made sure to limit myself to just one moment that doesn€™t actually feature Spider-Man. This moment in unintentional hilarity features James Franco before he became self-aware, coercing Mary Jane to do the Omelette Dance to Chubby Checker€™s The Twist, a dance that has been lauded as being €˜so much fun€™ and €˜way too exciting€™ by absolutely no one ever. You see, Mary Jane, like the entirety of the audience, was getting really sick and tired of the way Peter was acting and needed some company, which she found in the shape of Peter€™s best friend and his culinary skills. I just€ I just don€™t know how so many of these scenes made it through the editing room. The first two movies were decent enough, if not without some faults (Green Goblin: Power Ranger), but this film is so full of cheesy moments like this that anyone who is lactose intolerant would be wise to stay far, far away. Especially when Mary Jane then begins to read from a play that Harry wrote for her. Take it from me, that old chestnut never ever works; not once have any of the strange women I€™ve met on the street fall for me after I€™ve demanded that they read my screenplay. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhw1vP6CEKs
