12 Upcoming Sci-Fi Movies That WILL Be Better Than Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker

It’s been years since The Dark Knight helmer Christopher Nolan brought a new film to our screens, with the director being on hiatus since the success of 2017’s sparse, tense war thriller Dunkirk. And it’s been even longer since we got an original trippy sci-fi flick from him, with 2014’s Interstellar being the last slice of mind-bending genre work from the acclaimed helmer.

But 2020 brings with it the ensemble cast action thriller Tenet, a flick whose secrets are more closely guarded than those of most major governments. So far, we only know the flick features Hamlet himself Kenneth Branagh, Michael Caine, and Robert Pattison amongst its ensemble cast, and that the plot concerns an agent tasked with stopping a third world war.

But we’re confident whatever mindf*** the Inception director comes up with will outdo any recent Star Wars offering.
