10. The Huntress
Who She Is: The Huntress has appeared in many different formats, the most widely known being Helena Wayne, daughter of Batman and Catwoman on Earth Two (if you don't already know the story, don't ask... it's too confusing). However, I think for a movie she should be restored to her original design, that being a supervillainess. Her incarnation as a villain also featured her as a member of the Injustice Society, though I think she would be better as a solo criminal.
Special Powers/Skills: Nothing beyond using the tactics of wild animals in carrying out her crimes. Also, a crossbow.
Who Should Portray Her: Jennifer Love-Hewiit. We've never seen her in a role like this, so it could be neat to see how she would pull it off.
