2. Another Female Terminator

James Cameron has a history of giving blockbuster cinema several of its most memorable and iconic heroines, namely his deepening of Ripley in Aliens, and of course, Sarah Connor in the Terminator franchise.

Though Cameron has suggested that the new human lead will be female, he'd also do well to give audiences another female Terminator, especially after this concept was first introduced in the third movie, but the execution ultimately proved pretty divisive.

Cast Charlize Theron as the new Terminator and you've got yourself one hell of a scary, imposing machine right there.

Will It Happen?: Cameron has already referred to the unnamed actor playing the Terminator as a "he", so it sadly doesn't seem that probable, unless he's just trolling us all.
