The question of Black Widow is an intriguing one: by the end of Civil War she seems to be alienated from pretty much everyone having sided with Tony Stark but then defied him to help Captain America escape. Last we heard, Stark was berating her with the ominous threat that "they will come for you", suggesting she's going to be chased to the ends of the Earth by General Ross and the world's governments, so she turned her heels and went underground.

But what does she do when she gets there? Does she try and align herself again with the heroes she openly fought in the airport battle? How does she convince the now weirdly imbalanced Hawkeye and friends that she's not a double agent keeping tabs on their activity now that they're in hiding?

Or will she instead seek the other friend she has underground - Nick Fury - to try and build an alliance that might protect her? There's even a possibility that Widow won't actually play much part in Infinity War, staying underground and reappearing when the Avengers Initiative is back up and running in the aftermath of Infinity: she's pretty much the only expendable one at this point, thanks to her wildcard status.

If only that meant she could get an expedited solo spin-off in the meantime...
