Presumably even the Malaysian folk who had seen the original Austin Powers movie were confused by this one, considering that behaving very nicely doesn't match up with his personality at all. Oh, well, it's only a movie title, right? Who cares? But when you approach this one from a critical perspective, you begin to wonder what use the subtitle was in the first place. It implies nothing exciting, and makes the movie sound kind of boring as a result.
Austin Powers II would have been fine, Malaysia.
