Not a movie about an an assassin who takes refuge in Alaska, only to realise that the quiet town is what he's been missing all along, but
Leon, the beloved Luc Besson action flick starring Jean Reno and a young Natalie Portman. What the Chinese appear to have gone for here presumably derives from the fact that Leon, a hit man, eventually reveals himself to be a loving father figure to young Matilda, and not the "cold" assassin we originally believe him to be. There's a nice, offbeat poetry to this translation, but why not just call it
Leon?
