Coming as the sequel to one of the most popular horror films in modern memory, there’s obviously an incredible amount of expectation lumped onto the shoulders of Andrés Muschietti and co when it comes to It: Chapter 2.
Potentially starring Jessica Chastain alongside Bill Skarsgard who reprises his role as the terrifying Pennywise, there isn’t much else known about the production at this point in time.
This time telling the tale of the grown up members of the Loser’s Club, Pennywise the clown has come back to terrorise the gang 27 years later - awakening from his cyclical slumber once more. With the original a smash hit of 2017 and currently sitting as the highest grossing horror film ever, here’s hoping Muschietti can live up to the hype.
