She might be one of the most volatile Marvel superheroes, but that's precisely why Scarlet Witch is so dangerous. She's basically the walking embodiment of an Infinity Stone (the Mind Stone, in this case), with magical powers that could be a lot more potent if she were to allow herself to unlock them.

She has the power to manipulate the minds of others, is a telepath and has both telekinetic and psionic powers. As the US government (and the UN) realised in the wake of Civil War, she's basically a ticking time bomb with all of the powers of an Infinity Stone. That's a big deal.

Most Over-Powered Moment

Over-powering Vision and resisting Thanos (complete with a 90% empowered Infinity Gauntlet) are both right up there.

Any Weaknesses?

She's so emotionally volatile that she could turn on herself accidentally at any point. And she seems to have a knack for surrounding herself with dead meat characters, so it's bound to happen sooner or later.
