Even without her evolution into The Phoenix, Jean Grey is one of the most powerful mutants of all time, to the extent that Charles Xavier feels compelled to limit her powers for her own sake and the sake of the world.

She's basically got every power that Professor X has: telepathy, telekinesis, mental manipulation, and the manipulation of matter at a molecular level. Add in some psionics, mind control and precognition and you've got a good recipe for a superman cheat.

Most Over-Powered Moment

Killing Apocalypse: he's a God and the Sophie Turner version of the character simply disintegrates him even before the Phoenix has boosted her powers.

Any Weaknesses?

She can be stabbed, just as any human can, and there's still some of Jean Grey within her to make her vulnerable to emotional manipulation.
