7. Doctor Manhattan

Born out of a similar experiment to the one that turned Bruce Banner into the Hulk, Doctor Manhattan is a walking talking Cold War Anxiety Attack, whose powers are designed to be so terrifying that he's classed as a God and a threat to the very existence of human life.

He can do all manner of things with his brain, including making enemies combust and he also has the ability to manipulate matter on an atomic level. If you're in a fight with him, you've already lost.

Most Over-Powered Moment

Creating life, sort of.

After he's disintegrated in the experiment that gives him his powers, Manhattan basically builds life out of nothing, stitching together matter to reform a body for himself. Little of his former self remains, so it's almost like he creates a person out of nothing. That's on a par with a deity.

Any Weaknesses?

Understanding the subtleties and nuances of the human condition. But that doesn't really matter when you can just obliterate your enemies with a mental death ray.
