6. "It's A UNIX System! I Know This!" - Jurassic Park
Over twenty years later, Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park remains one of the director's greatest movies, and one of the most beloved action-adventure films ever made. However, it's not free from having one truly groan-inducing moment, as youngster Lex notices that Jurassic Park is running on a Unix system, and while in complete awe, announces, "It's a UNIX system! I know this!", before sitting down to take a crack at locking the place down. Even if you're able to get past the fact that a young girl is able to navigate what the movie presumes to be a complex computer system, the ridiculously over-the-top computer graphics, in which Lex literally has to surf through a 3D file space to find the right one to reboot the system as though it were a video game, is laughable. A ropey scene overall, but her quote just gets the bad ball rolling.
