Don't feel bad if you didn't know there were five Tremors movies to date. Only the original 1990 Kevin Bacon-starring cult classic creature feature ever landed in cinemas, and all of the follow-ups instead went straight-to-video, with Michael Gross' graboid hunter Burt Gummer becoming the series' de facto protagonist.

Somewhere, there are people who avidly anticipated 2015's Tremors 5: Bloodlines and paid money to see it, so while there are clearly a small handful of people eager to watch Tremors 6, it's hard to imagine there's enough of them to make up the budget for yet another go-around.

Could It Be Any Good?: Well, Gross has always been a fun part of these movies even if the law of diminishing returns set in long ago, but hurling Jamie Kennedy into the franchise with the last movie, and hiring him to return here no less, is a mistake of unfathomable magnitude.

There's virtually no chance this is anything but generic monster movie hokum with an occasionally chuckle-worthy moment from Burt Gummer.
