13 Worst Movie Sequel Titles Ever

11. Speed 2: Cruise Control

While you can at least understand the intent behind most of these names, there's no justifying the decision to label this action sequel "Cruise Control", as in...maintaining a steady, safe pace and never once ramping up.

Moving the action from a bus to a boat was already a pretty tough proposition, but it certainly didn't help the movie - which bombed at the box office, by the way - that the title suggested it would remain stuck in middle-gear and never do much exciting. Which is basically exactly right.

Pretty much anything would've been better than this - even just "Speed 2." There are so many generic action titles they could've substituted in here, but instead Fox actively went against their own interests, and the film only barely recouped its mind-boggling $160 million budget.
