3. Taraji P. Henson - What Men Want

Hands up who needed a sequel/remake to the strangely satisfying What Women Want, which starred Mel Gibson as a mysogynist advertising executive who unwittingly gains the power to read women's minds?

Well, you're getting one anyway, and weirdest of all, it's going to star Taraji P Henson, who made the excellent Hidden Figures in 2016 and has a couple of thrillers coming this year. To see her playing a a sports agent given the "gift" of knowing what men think is a fairly big diversion.

It really doesn't need to be made, but you'd expect someone like Rebel Wilson to be in this sort of comedy.

Will It Work?

Perhaps casting someone of Henson's standing and ability might be the key to giving this legitimacy? Because if not, it's just going to be another weird, unnecessary remake.
