The Universe: All of Tim Burton's original movies (Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Corpse Bride and Frankenweenie) take place in the same world. Hell, throw in his beloved short Vincent and The Nightmare Before Christmas (which he only produced, contrary to popular belief) too. Why It'd Be Awesome: Because unlike some other ideas on this list, this one really isn't a stretch at all. All of these films are stylistically consistent and don't contradict one another in any overt way, plus it's a compelling enough idea that some folks have already tried to tie the movies all together. With Burton poised to return for a Beetlejuice sequel, this would be the perfect opportunity to throw fans a bone or two by writing in some cheeky hidden references to his other original works. How Likely Is It?: 4/10. It doesn't seem like something that Burton would be outwardly motivated to acknowledge, but with Beetlejuice 2 on the way, that at least gives him the possibility to do so. Hell, considering that his career isn't exactly at a high-point right now, perhaps he'll see the value in recognising a shared universe. Don't totally count it out, but don't expect it either.
