14 Crazy Facts You Just Have To Accept To Enjoy The DCEU

13. Jesse Eisenberg Isn't Going Anywhere

Fan response to Jesse Eisenberg's performance as Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman was, to be kind, heavily mixed.

While some appreciated his quirky, unique take on the character far away from the shenanigans of Gene Hackman or Kevin Spacey, others felt like Eisenberg played the role too wacky and failed to give the legendary super-villain the requisite cinematic presence.

Love him or hate him, though, it's clear that Eisenberg won't be going anywhere, and while he may take more of a backseat as other iconic villains come and go, he's almost certainly never getting killed off, and will surely have some sort of appearance in almost every major DC movie from now until the end of time.

So, if you're a hater of Eisenberg's performance, you might want to strap in, because while he and the writing could easily broaden the character for future movies, Eisenberg may well be fully committed to his current interpretation moving forward.
