2. Anakin's Constant Leering At Padme (Attack Of The Clones)

The Scenes: When Anakin talks to Padme about his frustrations of not being taken seriously, he insists to her that he's "all grown up", before leering at Padme with his "f*** me" eyes in a way that causes her to beg him, "Please don't look at me like that...It makes me uncomfortable", followed by Ani gawking at her all the way to the exit (pictured above). That's just the tip of the iceberg, though. Later, Ani tells her he's been dreaming about her, causing an awkward silence as he continues to stare longingly at her, and uses the infamous "sand" speech to somehow actually seduce her into a kiss. When they meet up by a fireplace, while Padme is wearing an admittedly sexy little outfit, Ani goes full creep, basically telling her he can't live without her, and saying outrageously sappy things like "You are in my very soul, tormenting me." Why It's Creepy: Uh, does this one really need an explanation? Anakin's nauseating behaviour isn't exactly the Darth Vader origin story most fans signed up for. He's a love-sick creeper who basically wears Padme down until she marries him just to stop his whining. What started as an awkward young guy making inappropriate comments to an attractive older woman - including the deleted scene where he sniffs her hair - takes a dark turn. Clearly, he's not still the little boy she remembers.
