While 21st century flying law dictates that knives, guns, syringes, blades - anything sharp or dangerous at all basically - are no longer allowed to be taken on board an aircraft, apparently such rules didn't exist for Dr Alan Grant and his raptor claw trinket. While these days taking 100ml of liquid on board your flight to Hawaii is deemed suspicious, carrying around a six inch long 'razor-like' blade is probably still just totally fine. It won't set off metal detectors, and it can be easily hidden. Just be careful as to where on your person you're going to stow it.
I love Stephen King and music festivals; I eat my toast upside down; I daydream about getting married probably a bit too much; and I wish every day for a pet sausage dog puppy (who never materialises – sob).
