Why It Looks Terrible: Low-rent animation, a slumming voice cast (including Will Arnett, Jackie Chan and Bobby Cannavale) and a clear surplus of fart jokes ensure that few over the age of eight will be able to tolerate this sequel few even asked for.

Why It'll Still Make A Profit: The original movie grossed a cool $120.9 million, and against a fairly low $42.8 million budget (for the standards of animated fare), this made for some easy profits.

Unless The Emoji Movie (which releases two weeks earlier) over-performs and steamrolls its way through August, there's little standing in the way of this hapless animation making off with a dumptruck or two full of easy money. The release of Animal Crackers two weeks later could result in it grossing less than the original, but there's no way it isn't successful all the same.
