Most recently seen as a serial killer in Belfast-based crime drama The Fall, Northern Irish actor Dornan only has a couple of movie credits to his name. In fact, his most significant film role is as the lead in the little remembered Hammer-MySpace collaboration Beyond The Rave. All that is about to change, though, this Valentine's Day when Dornan appears in the much talked about film adaptation of the Twilight fanfic turned 100 million selling bonkbuster Fifty Shades Of Grey. Of course the novel is widely regarded as awful enough that it's hard to imagine the adaptation being a cinematic classic, but the same could be said for its vampiric inspiration. That film transformed star Robert Pattinson into one of the most desired men on the planet. Could Fifty Shades be about to the same for the former Calvin Klein model? Even if it doesn't, Dornan has already graduated from TV to the big screen. Currently working opposite Bradley Cooper in starry restaurant drama Adam Jones, Dornan is also due to play one of the leads in Horns' director Alexandre Aja's supernatural thriller The 9th Life Of Louis Drax.
