15 Actors Who Should Be Cast In The MCU's Fantastic Four

9. David Harbour - The Thing

With Stranger Things coming to an end with its upcoming Season Four, it seems as though now might be the perfect time for Marvel to swoop in and pick this guy up before someone else does. Because David Harbour is becoming a hot commodity in Hollywood, and it won't be long before he's needed elsewhere.

As Ben Grimm, Harbour would be beyond perfect. With an excellent voice and some beautiful comedic abilities - just look at his interactions with Eleven and Mike in Stranger Things - he is an actor born to play big guys with even bigger hearts. But he also carries something else; an air of intimidation and confidence which would make him a solid fit to bring Grimm's aggressive nature to life, but he also has just enough humour and charm to keep him from being too one dimensional and over the top.

And yes, this is technically cheating since he's about to appear in Black Widow's solo outing, but if Marvel decides to skip over the origins of the team, we might not have to see Harbour at all and we'll have only his voice for company. Which is enough.

Given his recent successes, paired with how long he's been acting in supporting roles during his career, it might finally be the right time to give Harbour some more attention both at the box office and at home.

Aidan Whatman hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
