8. Crushed By Sheet Glass - Final Destination 2

Final Destination 2 is a rather forgettable sequel to the classic original all things considered, but it does feature one of the series' all-time best death scenes, when poor Tim (James Kirk) decides to play with some pigeons, just as Kimberly (A.J. Cook) and Thomas (Michael Landes) arrive to warn him that he's next on Death's list.

Tim scares the pigeons away, causing them to fly in the face of a nearby construction worker, who as a result accidentally pulls a lever, causing a giant sheet of glass to fall from the sky, crushing Tim and turning him into a pile of red mush.

Amplifying the grim hilarity of Tim essentially getting himself killed is the fact that his poor mother had to watch her son get smushed in such absurdly brutal fashion. Nice.
