2. Indy Fires An Enemy's Gun Using His Bullwhip - Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is probably the one Indy movie that would have benefitted from less scenes - but this deleted scene would have been cool. During the Area 51 warehouse scene at the beginning of the film, then, Indy and his sidekick, George "Mac" McHale, find themselves held at gunpoint by Russian soldiers. In the final cut of the movie, Indy uses his bullwhip to grab a gun from a soldier and arm himself. But this wasn't the original plan. The original idea was for Indy to whip at a soldier's gun, causing it to fire and hit the soldier standing next to Indy, killing him. At this point, Indy would have tugged the bullwhip and pulled the gun out of the other soldier's hand, disarming him completely. Though the scene doesn't exist anywhere for viewing in video form, it was confirmed to have been shot by the actor who played the soldier with the gun. The picture above also highlights this deleted scene, which shows the gun going off and hitting said soldier.
