12. Chloë Grace Moretz Tramping It Up - Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising

Nobody really needs a sequel to last year's smash hit comedy, but given the known premise so far (Seth Rogen's Mac and Zac Efron's Teddy team up to take on a sorority house that moves in on the block), it actually sounds like it has a fair chance of being worthwhile. One of the major reasons for the intrigue is the casting: Chloë Grace Moretz will apparently play the leader of the sorority house, and from the set pictures circulated so far, it certainly looks like the fantastic actress is hurling herself into the role. Most images show her kitted out in extremely tacky items of clothing, possibly wandering around after a night of hard partying. We all know from the Kick-A** days that Moretz can be as crude and hilarious as the best of them, so she should be a killer addition to a sequel that's shaping up surprisingly well.
