5. December 16, 1991 - Captain America: Civil War

Cap, Iron Man, Bucky and Black Panther follow Helmut Zemo to a Siberian Hydra facility, where Zemo plays a tape which reveals the truth, that a brainwashed Bucky in fact killed Tony's parents back in December of 1991, running them off the road, then punching Howard Stark to death and presumably strangling Maria Stark.

Tony then asks Steve if he knew, and he replies that he didn't know it was Bucky. Cue Tony telling Steve not to "bulls***" him, and he eventually admits that he knew.

Robert Downey Jr. is just amazing here, giving easily his best performance in the MCU to date, and of course, it leads to one hell of a showdown (but more on that in a moment).
