14. Batman Captures Deadshot - Suicide Squad
As Amanda Waller introduces the audience to the various members of the Suicide Squad at the start of the movie, we get a flashback to Deadshot on a shopping trip with his daughter.
Waller provides Batman with an anonymous tip about Deadshot's location, allowing the Caped Crusader to ambush him, but of course, Deadshot isn't going anywhere without a fight.
Just as he aims up a shot, however, Deadshot's daughter stands in the way of Batman and begs her father to stop, causing him to stand down and allow himself to be taken into custody.
Suicide Squad may have been highly disappointing on the whole, but this was a cool moment that nodded at the wider DCEU without getting neck-deep in long-winded or ham-fisted explanations.
