12. Police Academy 7: Mission To Moscow (1994)

Believe it or not, the seventh and final Police Academy movie to date was the fourth consecutive entry into the series to score the 0% Tomatometer rating, though it also represents the series at its most eccentric and aggressively off-the-wall.

This is a film which shifts the franchise's setting to Russia to make fun of how indelicate and boorish Americans are, a film co-starring Christopher freaking Lee as a Russian Commandant and Ron Perlman as a Russian mafia boss who launders money using an addictive video game, and a film where audiences were introduced to the lovely Claire Forlani.

It is a movie where the series' few remaining cast members thoroughly humiliate themselves for our entertainment, or at least in the pursuit of a diminishing paycheck. As a shining example of a once-celebrated franchise spinning violently, deliriously, hilariously out of control, it is absolutely worth watching.
