15 Best-Reviewed Movies From Sundance 2018
7. Won't You Be My Neighbor?
One of the year's most anticipated documentaries is this comprehensive tribute to legendary American TV icon Mister Fred Rogers, as helmed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Morgan Neville (20 Feet from Stardom).
In a time where so many childhood icons are being outed as huge creeps, there's something refreshing about a doc that just confirms everything you thought you knew about the man.
That it apparently manages to be a sweetly affecting tribute to the man without deigning to become a hagiography is just the icing on the cake. According to the early reviews, there wasn't a dry eye in the house at the premiere.
Won't You Be My Neighbor? is in cinemas June 8th.
